Customer case study - ArlaFoods
Background
ArlaFoods is a cooperative owned by 8,522 milk producers in Sweden and Denmark. Apart from its domestic markets in Sweden, Denmark, UK and Finland, ArlaFoods exports to over a hundred different countries. ArlaFoods has a number of websites: the well-known arla.se which is a channel to inspire cooking and provide information about its different products, and the different product, brand and corporate websites. CountQuest analyzes many of these websites.
Project
CountQuest has been involved in the entire process right from choosing the right product to analyzing statistics and developing proposals for improving the website. The collaboration began in 2001 when CountQuest was chosen to install and implement WebTrends. CountQuest has since continued with the ongoing development of statistics and compilation of the processed analysis reports. The analysis reports are then presented at workshops each month where new check points or changes come up.The analyses have since formed the basis of the new arla.se. CountQuest also acts as a sounding board and develops proposals for further analysis. Campaigns and other activities on the website are monitored in separate analyses.
Customer testimonial
"CountQuest has been an important partner in developing the website. No questions or tasks are too big or too small – they always take the time to help us."
In 2006, Arla Foods began using Instadia ClientStep instead of WebTrends. In 2007, Instadia was bought over by Omniture and hence all the Instadia products became Omniture products.
“By using CountQuest we have been able to get the most possible out of the three analytical tools we have worked with.” We have chosen to continue working with CountQuest as they have an in-depth knowledge of web analytics as well as a product competence involving many products.”
